Volunteer Committees
The National Society accomplishes the majority of its work under a committee system.
The President General appoints a national chairman for each of the NSDAR committees. The national chairman then directs and supervises the activities of her committee, national vice chairmen, state chairmen, and chapter chairmen.
Members act individually, as a chapter, a district or support state or national committee activities in serving DAR missions and objectives.
Honoring your patriot with your membership is the only requirement.
